Registration Terms & Conditions

FC Sports Media may require that users of our digital services become a registered user and ‘Create an Account’ to be entitled to engage with us in certain ways. These terms and conditions govern your Registered Access with FC Sports Media and your related use of that registration to access this website and any other digital media (whether existing now or in the future) owned or operated by FC Sports Media for which you can use your Registered Access.
Acceptance
Your Registered Access and/or your registered use FC Sports Media indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you also subscribe to any particular offers or services, you will also be bound by terms and conditions which are specific to those offers or services, including those set out at the end of these terms and conditions.
Governance of FC Sports Media
The website that is included in your Registered Access are owned by FC Sports Media. The FC Sports Media have terms and conditions which, together with these terms and conditions, govern usage of the site.
FC Sports Media may change any applicable terms and conditions from time to time, whether in relation to specific FC Sports Media, Registered Access or any membership or subscription offered by FC Sports Media. If this happens, amendments will be posted on the affected site or other FC Sports Media social media channels. We will otherwise take reasonable steps to advise you of the change. If you object to changes to any terms or conditions you may cancel your affected membership or subscription up to 28 days after changes come into effect without accepting the new terms and conditions. If you do not cancel or you use or access FC Sports Media (other than to review the new terms and conditions) using your subscription within that period, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms. You may call us on 0401 791 631 and we will consider your position acting reasonably) if you have reasonable grounds for not having cancelled within the 28-day time limit and still wish to cancel.
Creating and using your Registered Access
Your Registered Access will be valid on receipt by FC Sports Media of your completed and valid application. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided to you via your nominated email address.
Each username and password are assigned to a single user. You must ensure that your username and password remain secure and are only shared with the residents of your household i.e. family and friends that live at the same residential address. However you agree that your Registered Access cannot be used with more than two devices concurrently. You are responsible for all use, activities and charges associated with your username and password. Your username and password are not otherwise transferable.
Your Registered Access may be used for non-commercial purposes only.
You must contact FC Sports Media if you become aware that unauthorised use of your username and password has occurred. FC Sports Media may take appropriate action, such as terminating registration if you are deemed to have shared your password outside your household or have allowed unauthorised use of your username and password.
Access from outside of Australia and other access issues
You acknowledge and agree that some of our content may not be viewable or accessible from outside of Australia and that there may be other technology or infrastructure related reasons which limit your ability to access our content at any time.
Cancellation and Termination
Your Access will continue until cancelled by either one of us. If you are not the purchaser of this membership or subscription, FC Sports Media may cancel your membership or subscription at any time at your request. Access may be cancelled at any time by calling 0401 791 631.
FC Sports Media reserves the right to cancel Access without notice or liability for any reason, although in most circumstances you will be given notice as to the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation of Access will automatically cancel any related membership or subscription.
Data downloads
You are responsible for downloads and any costs associated with downloading, including unauthorised access to your account and associated downloads. You acknowledge that anyone that knows your username and password will be able to download and any associated costs or liability are your responsibility.
Data Security
FC Sports Media strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information of our customers. We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices and firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure. No data transmission over the Internet or storage can be guaranteed to be totally secure.
* In following sections marked with the asterisk, a reference to “you” is a reference to you and those members of your household whom you have authorized to use your username and password in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Licences*
For the purpose of accessing and using any FC Sports Media, we grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence in relation to the software, including the ability to access and view content and other features . FC Sports Media does not transfer title to nor grant any interest in software to you.
Intellectual Property*
All intellectual property in relation to content on the FC Sports Media belongs to FC Sports Media or its licensors, advertisers or affiliates. You obtain no interest in that intellectual property. All content on the FC Sports Media is protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not do anything which interferes with or breaches those laws or the intellectual property rights in the content.
You may download and view content or print a copy of material on the FC Sports Media for personal, non-commercial use provided you do not modify the content in any way (including any copyright notice). All rights not expressly granted under these terms of use are reserved by FC Sports Media. Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are not permitted to copy, or republish anything you find on any FC Sports Media without the copyright or trademark owners’ permission.
The logos of the FC Sports Media and the logos of are registered trademarks of FC Sports Media. Other trademarks may be displayed on the FC Sports Media from time to time. These may belong to third parties. Nothing displayed on the FC Sports Media should be construed as granting any licence or right of use of any logo, trademark displayed on or within those media, without the express written permission of the relevant owner.
Liability & Indemnity*
FC Sports does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (ACL) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, News excludes all other rights, remedies, guarantees, conditions and warranties in respect of your Registered Access, or subscription, this Site or any of the FC Sports Media whether based in statute, common law or otherwise to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent possible and subject to FC Sports Media liabilities and obligations under the ACL:
FC Sports Media do not warrant the accuracy of the content on the FC Sports Media. The content is provided to you “as is” and on an “as available” basis and on the condition that you undertake all responsibility for assessing the accuracy of the content and rely on it at your own risk. All content on this Site may be changed at the sole discretion of FC Sports Media without notice except that if FC Sports Media materially changes the content which you access through your Access so that the breadth or nature of the service you receive is materially altered, FC Sports Media will take the steps as described in these terms to notify you of those changes, where practicable.
FC Sports Media will have no responsibility or liability in relation to any loss or damage that you incur, including damage to your software or hardware, arising from your Access, any membership or subscription, any membership to our service or your use of or access to this Site.
FC Sports Media do not warrant that functions contained in this Site, such as hyperlinks, will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that FC Sports Media or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or bugs.
You indemnify FC Sports Media, and each of their directors, officers, employees and agents against any action, claim, loss or expense which it incurs which arises from or in connection with your Access, any membership or subscription, any membership to our services or your use of this Site.
Subscription Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions FC Sports Media will be referred to as FC Sports Media.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the following types of subscriptions: FC Sports Media annual or monthly Digital Membership.
Each of these is a Subscription under these Terms and Conditions.
If you have selected only a single product then only the Terms and Conditions relevant to that product will apply. Offers are not available to any person who has previously breached any of our subscription terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are deemed to include by reference the Registered Access Terms and Conditions. Defined terms there will be used in these terms also. You must have a valid and current Access to have a valid subscription.
FC Sports Media may change any applicable terms and conditions from time to time. If this happens, amendments will be posted on the affected FC Sports Media Site or other social media channels. It will also be accessible through your login. If you object to changes to any terms or conditions you may cancel your Subscription up to 28 days after changes come into effect without accepting the new terms and conditions. Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership provides you access via a secure login to view unlimited content on the FC Sports Media website, as well as the following iPad, iPhone and Android applications, when available:
Your Membership will commence immediately on receipt by us of completed subscription details, including payment details. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided to you via your nominated email address.
Each username and password are assigned to a single user. Pricing
The price of the subscription, including where applicable any introductory pricing for a specified period will be displayed at the time of purchase. All prices include GST unless otherwise specified.
FC Sports media may amend the pricing schedule by giving 28 days prior notice to you. Once new pricing takes effect News may alter your automatic payment arrangements accordingly.
Where your Subscription is for a specified plan period or a fixed term with regular, periodic payments (with or without a further term on the same or different terms) then the total price that you will pay is the total sum of all regular periodic payments throughout specified plan period or the fixed term (plus the relevant price for any relevant further terms prior to cancellation being effected). FC Sports Media will not change the pricing for a plan period or fixed term subscription during that fixed term.
Payment, Fees and Taxes
Payment is to be made by automatic recurring monthly payments or a one-off annual payment (as specified in the offer terms) via debit/credit cards. Payments are made in advance. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. The recurring payment for the amount of the offer you have requested will be automatically charged by FC Sports Media every month or year (depending on the offer terms) in advance, subject to the terms set out below, until such time as the subscription is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The payment of auto-renewing subscriptions will be made up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the second billing period and will thereafter occur with the stated frequency of monthly.
If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and request that you update your payment details. We will re-attempt payment several times. During this period we may grace your subscription for up to 7 days after which time we will commence the cancellation process.
If you are under the age of 18 you require consent from your parent or guardian and the card holder to authorise charges to be made.
For the purpose of auto-renewing your Subscription, your credit card details are stored in a tokenised, encrypted format. They are therefore available should you elect to purchase another subscription.
Through this sales platform you can only sign up for yourself. You cannot sign up as a gift for another person.
Direct Debit
By providing us with your credit or debit card account details you authorise us to charge all amounts payable in relation to your subscription to the nominated payment account in accordance with the payment terms section above.
You must ensure that you have enough funds in your account to honour the payment. If there are insufficient funds, we may continue to attempt to process the payment several times.
It is your obligation to advise us of any changes to your payment account details.
We may continue to process your payments after the original expiry date of your credit or debit card as advised to us.
We may, on providing you with reasonable notice in the circumstances, cancel this direct debit arrangement at any time. This might happen where there have been dishonoured or rejected payments, or if we have a reasonable suspicion that fraudulent information has been provided in relation to your direct debit arrangement. Where we cancel a direct debit payment method, we will notify you of the cancellation and request the establishment of an alternative method of payment.
Pausing a Digital Membership
Selected Memberships can be paused online via e-mail to editor@fcsportsmedia.com.au A subscriber may only pause an eligible subscription for a period of either 4, 8, or 12 weeks at a time and up to a total of 100 days during a 12 month period.
You will not be charged for your subscription for the duration it is paused and the time until your next payment date will be extended by a period equal to the length of time the subscription is paused. After the pause period has concluded your subscription entitlements and billing will automatically resume.
While your subscription is paused you will not have access to your subscription entitlements, including but not limited to, access to locked content across our network
Cancellation, Termination and Refunds Policy
Your Subscription will continue until cancelled by either one of us. You may cancel your Subscription by via e-mail to editor@fcsportsmedia.com.au
You must provide a minimum of 7 business days’ notice, if you want to cancel your subscription. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the subscription period, which is current at the end of the 7-business day notice period.
If your subscription is for a specified plan period or a fixed term with regular periodic payments throughout the term then you may not cancel your subscription prior to the expiry of the specified plan period or fixed term (so for example, where your subscription requires a payment every month for 12 months then you may not cancel your subscription to take effect before the expiry of the first months).
FC Sports Media may cancel your subscription at any time on reasonable notice. Where cancellation by us is due to your breach of our terms and conditions including for any included Media, we are under no obligation to provide any refund or notice.
