CALISTHENICS: Travelling to the State Championships in Brisbane earlier this month, the Fraser Coast Calisthenics Club sent two teams, the juniors and the sub-juniors. The sub-junior team coached by Helen Broad won the division two state championships.
Competing against other teams from around the state, they scored the best aggregate total in their division.
It has been several years since the club has had success after COVID has caused setbacks and competition.
Their success means they will move up to division one next year.
